RRM Charting Support is a personalised, one-to-one cycle support service for women receiving care from Dr. Codruta Pandalache at Saol Nua Clinic. Over eight weeks from your first appointment (Cycle Companion), Ailish will guide you in creating your own fertility chart using the Neo Fertility Method.

Your fertility chart helps your doctor identify hormone imbalances and physiological disorders that cause fertility problems.

Cycle companion appointment (1 hour zoom):

We’ll take a deep dive into fertility charting, we will learn how to understand and chart three important biomarkers; cervical mucus, LH, and basal body temperature. Through doing this, you will gain new information on how to map your cycle and identify your ovulatory window. We’ll also cover how to look out for irregularities like low progesterone, late ovulation, hormonal imbalances, or underlying health issues.
Additional Support (Over 8 weeks from first appointment):

As you get started with charting, you can check in up to 10 times (Over 8 weeks from first appointment). Ailish is here to help with any questions you may have about charting your biomarkers. This support is available between Monday and Friday, 10am - 5pm.
Follow on guide:

After your Cycle Companion appointment with Ailish, you’ll receive a follow-on guide designed to build on everything you learn during your appointment. This practical guide will walk you through how to use the NeoFertility app and support you as you get started with charting your cycle.
30-Minute Chart Review

Before your appointment Ailish will review your charting. During the appointment you will receive a detailed breakdown of your charting and what your chart is showing. Together, with Ailish, you will assess:

1. Your fertile window and ovulation
2. Any signs of hormonal imbalances (e.g., low progesterone or short luteal phases)
3. Patterns that may point to absent ovulation, delayed ovulation, or cycle irregularities

The chart review must be booked within 4 weeks after cycle companion appointment

Your chart review appointment can be booked with our team after your Cycle Companion appointment.
