Discovery call
During this short call, is designed to help us get to know each other and you will have space to explain what is goin on for you, and I will explain how I work and what support might be most helpful based on your needs. it is a one to one chat that will help to clarify your next steps.
Chart review
During your chart review, we will review your cycle information. We use you chart to identify approximately when ovulation occurred within the cycle, and/or if any menstrual cycle irregularities are presenting. Through understanding you cycle, we can really uncover what the body is telling us.
Cycle Companion
This service provides continuous guidance and expert advice, acting as your fertility companion throughout your first cycle. It is designed to help you better understand your menstrual cycle, optimise your reproductive health, and most importantly support you on your fertility journey.
