Fertility Awareness Appointment

Fertility Awareness Appointment

A one-hour zoom session to help you understand your body and your fertility signs.

If you’re beginning your cycle tracking journey or feel lost in a sea of information, this session is the perfect starting point. This course is designed for all women.

Together, we’ll explore the three key fertility signs, cervical mucus, LH (luteinizing hormone), and basal body temperature, so you can recognise when you’re fertile and understand your cycle with clarity. We will take a deep dive into your menstrual cycle to understand your reproductive health, which will allow the identification of any menstrual irregularities to be flagged.

What you’ll learn:

  • Track and interpret cervical mucus with confidence

  • Understand the LH surge and what it means

  • Use temperature shifts to confirm ovulation

  • Catch early signs of hormonal imbalance

  • Rely on your body, not just apps

This appointment gives you the knowledge and confidence to chart effectively and tune into what your body is really telling you. If we identify a menstrual irregularity together, there is an option for referral to a restorative reproductive doctor (if needed).

Who it’s for:

This appointment is best suited to all women, including those experiencing irregular cycles, challenges identifying ovulation, or those unsure what their tracking is showing. If you suspect something may be off or you’re not getting clear fertile signs, this session is a reassuring first step toward understanding your body better.

What’s Included:

  • Cycle mapping and identification of fertile window

  • Education on key fertility biomarkers (cervical mucus, LH, BBT)

  • Support interpreting the patterns you’re seeing

  • Referral guidance if further medical support is needed

This appointment gives you the knowledge and confidence to chart effectively and tune into what your body is really telling you.

Investment: €80 + booking fees.

If you’re just starting out or feeling overwhelmed by all the information out there, this is the first step to understanding your cycle clearly and learning how to listen to your body confidently.
