Chart Review

A detailed analysis of your fertility chart, to help you understand what’s happening and why.

You can book a chart review with Ailish only after you have been taught the Neo Fertility method in the cycle companion appointment.

What is included:

  • Before your appointment Ailish will review your charting. 
  • During the appointment you will receive a detailed breakdown of your charting and what your chart is showing. 
  • After your appointment, if a question should arise, you can send a message to Ailish through your Chart Neo app. 

Together we will assess:

  • Your fertile window and ovulation

  • Any signs of hormonal imbalances (e.g., low progesterone or short luteal phases)

  • Patterns that may point to absent ovulation, delayed ovulation, or cycle irregularities

This review is ideal if:

  • You’ve been charting for at least one cycle.

  • You want a second opinion or interpretation of your signs.

  • You’re unsure what your charts are actually showing you.

Chart reviews are an extremely important part of your fertility journey, whether it is to understand your body more, time peak day or to have support with timing bloods / medication, this appointment helps to bring clarity to your journey.

Chart Reviews can be booked as one-off sessions or added on to Cycle Companion support.
