Support & Client Responsibility

When you book an appointment, you will receive the level of support outlined on the booking page for the service you have chosen. Our intention is to make sure you feel supported, informed and confident in working with the information provided during and after your appointment.

Your first appointment called cycle companion is an important starting point. During this session, you will receive information and guidance to set a foundation for charting using the NeoFertility method. To get the most from your chart journey and to provide the clearest and most useful information, it is important that you take what you learn and begin applying it in your day to day charting.

The information shared during your appointment is there to be put into practice. The more you engage with what you have learned, the more we can recognise patterns, gain clarity and see how your chart can support you.

Any check-ins included with your booking are there to support you along the way, but it is the client’s responsibility to reach out and make use of them. This means keeping track of any included check-ins, contacting us when you feel you need support and making sure they are used within the timeframe outlined on the booking page. We will always provide the support that is included within your chosen package, provided they are used within the outlined timeframe.

Please remember that this is a collaborative process. We provide the guidance, insight and support outlined in your booking, while you are responsible for how you choose to engage with and apply what you learn. Everyone’s experience will be different, and the value you receive from your chart will naturally depend on your own level of engagement.

By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for actively engaging with the information from your appointment and for making use of any included support and check-ins within the stated timeframe.

Our aim is to give you the tools, insight and support you need, and your role is to take those tools with you and put them into practice.
